Diana Porsche makes it into the top 40 of the world rankings
In the current FEI ranking, Salzburg dressage rider Diana Porsche is the best Austrian rider in 39th place with 1293 points.
Austrian dressage rider Diana Porsche has achieved a remarkable success: After placing among the world's best at five-star World Cup tournaments in Lyon, Madrid or London; as well as podium finishes at the CDI5* Crozet, CDI4* Donaueschingen or CDI3* Salzburg, the 28-year-old ranks among the top 40 dressage riders in the world for the first time in her young career.
“It's an indescribable feeling to be in the top 40 in the world. This is the reward for our daily work with the horses. Without my team, this would not be possible,” says Porsche.
With 1293 points and 39th place, Diana Porsche is also the best Austrian in the world rankings, which take into account the best six results of the last eight months.
The rider from Salzburg has big goals for the coming year: She wants to bring the World Cup season to a successful conclusion with her horses Dahoud and Douglas and still has a chance of a ticket to the World Cup Final. She is also set to make her debut with her new sport partner, the European Championship bronze medal winner Imhotep. Qualifying for the European Championships in Crozet, where Porsche has already finished on the podium at a CDI5* tournament, is also on the agenda.
